CEI provides a standard construction supervision role for all of its projects. This service typically includes regular site
visits to ensure the work is progrssing per the plans and specifications. The site visits are scheduled according to
progress and to maintain the schedule. CEI is always availbe for consult between visits whether by phone, email or on
site, as requested by the Owner or contractor. Each site visit generates a report, which consists of a written
description of the work, progress and any changes or modifications made to the scope. Typically, any changes are the
result of some unknown site condition. Modifications will arise from time tot time to improve the golf course and
usually do not result in a change order.

Continua Golf Services was a project management service born to better provide clients with golf construction
management services. The management service is an expanded and more in-depth program of the construction
supervision role described above. This service can be tailored to any project, whether it be a small renovation or
full-blown golf community project and this service can be offered in conjucntion with the CEI design service or as a
stand-alone service for Owners looking for more control and protection on a project. In this day and age, managing
the budget, the schedule and the project in it’s entirety, are absolutely crucial to protect the investment.

The Continua Golf Services management program provides knowledge and expertise of golf course construction.
Periodic site visits from company management and principals are an essential part of maintaining budgets and
schedules and are, thus, an integral aspect of the program. The frequency of the visits depends on the project and the
Owner’s request. CGS has the expertise and staff to act as a third-party pay application review for financial entities
and/or development firms. CGS reviews and communicates all aspects of construction with the Owner, Owner’s
representative, consultants and contractors and provides written reports on project progress, which includes
providing schedule updates. If necessary or as requested, CGS will make recommendations with regard to value
engineering, in an effort to provide the best possible product for the lowest possible cost and if requested, CGS can
provide a highly qualified fulltime project superintendent, provide experienced golf course shapers for construction
and finish work and/or provide experienced construction foremen for drainage, irrigation and feature construction.
Continua Golf Services can also train crews in all aspects of golf course construction.

CGS will produce construction budgets in accordance with design plans as well as review and update budgets on
regular basis. Each visit and or pay application review generates a report based on budgets/ changes/ percent
complete, so the Owner can know where the project stands on a monthly basis. Continua Golf Services also
produces and updates the project schedule, providing milestone dates and identifying driving/ limiting factors and , if
necessary, can review manpower and equipment needs and make recommendations for a successful, on time
completion.
